Two Bikes Stolen in Same Week

Both bicycles were unsecured at the time they were taken.

Two Westfield residents reported having their bicycles stolen just day apart, according to the Westfield Police Department.

On Wednesday, June 26, a resident of the 200 block of Cacciola Place reported the theft of an unsecured bicycle from in front of the residence. The bicycle is described as a yellow and black, 20-inch “CHAOS” with white hand grips and is valued at approximately $140.

A resident of the 700 block of Castleman Drive reported the theft of a bicycle after it was left unsecured outside of a business on the 200 block of East North Avenue  between 3 and 6:50 p.m. on Saturday, June 29. The bicycle is described as a powder blue, “Concord Amigo” mountain bicycle, valued at approximately $200.
