The Garden Club of Westfield will host the annual joint meeting with the Rake and Hoe Garden Club on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 at the Presbyterian Church of Westfield, 140 Mountain Ave., Westfield. The program will be led by Ms. Laura Clare, who is the owner of a floral design company in Bernardsville, NJ, specializes in fine floral arrangements and exquisite tabletop décor for everyday and for special occasions.  Anyone interested in attending the program or seeking further information may call 908-419-4407 or log onto the Facebook page of the Garden Club of Westfield.Inc.
