Enjoy cooking and my secret ingredient is Love;) I am a retired Montessori teacher turned cook. Love making new an old dishes and cooking for others. I also like making personalized bath salts to relax your joints, I suffer from RA and cooking and moving the joints keeps me going as does the bath salts i relax in;)
