Howard L. Pearl, Executive Director

Howard Pearl, Executive Director of CARENET, Inc. is a graduate of Cornell University with post-graduate work in health care administration at Columbia University.  Mr. Pearl’s credentials include over thirty-five years as a licensed nursing home administrator in the State of New Jersey, and he is affiliated with a great number of health care institutions throughout the state.       

 In 1991, Mr. Pearl founded a private organization, CARENET, Inc. CARENET’s goal was to establish a comprehensive database of information, where institutions or families would be able to elicit information to assist the elderly with any crisis, including but not limited to financial management; estate planning; Medicare and Medicaid regulations; and Eldercare services in the community. 

 Mr. Pearl has been a key-note speaker on Eldercare management at various professional groups, Passaic General Hospital, Chilton Memorial Hospital, and various community groups, e.g. Rotary Clubs; Lions Clubs; Church Groups; and senior citizen organizations.  He has articulated the growing need for Eldercare management and has helped educate the public on the availability of health care services for senior citizens in the community.

Howard Pearl is currently a Trustee of the Community Resource Council of Bergen County, a local charity, and Chairman of the Health Care Advisory Committee for the CRC.
