CoolVines is inviting the public to stop by its Central Avenue store to "Sip to Save" from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15. "We're having our friend Anthony Austin from Angels' Share Wine Imports come and do a tasting of the Red Hook wines," said CoolVines Lauren Ramos. The Brooklyn-based winery was completely destroyed during Hurricane Sandy and the only way for them to raise enough money to get back on their feet is to sell through the stock that is in their warehouse, which was unharmed, she explained.
