Westfield Students Win Top Awards at Model UN
The Westfield High School delegation – comprised of 140 students -- earned the Premier Delegation award.
Westfield High School students won top awards in the Model United Nations conference held January 4 - 6 in Hershey, PA, attended by approximately 50 schools in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The Westfield High School delegation – comprised of 140 students -- earned the Premier Delegation award. The Outstanding Country Research Paper Award was presented to Westfield High School, with the following students receiving recognition for their preparatory writing on the International Criminal Court: Lyndsay Ripperger, Austen Thien, Kyra Sagal, Leo Kleinman-Lynch, and Maura Heinbokel.
