Pita Grill & Creperie Serves Up Soft Opening Next Week

Fans of Mediterranean fare will be pleased hear Pita Grill & Creperie will celebrate a soft opening late next week. When Patch stopped in the new eatery located at 108 Quimby St. Thursday afternoon, Sam, the shop's manager, and his crew were putting the finishing touches on the interior, which features booths as well as tables and chairs for on-premises dining. Guests can also place take-out orders and eventually Pita Grill offer delivery. "We will not offer delivery in the first month," Sam said. "We want to make sure we are getting everything right first."
