Digiplex Rialto Hosts Premiere of Ron Maxwell’s New Civil War Film 'Copperhead'

The following is a press release from Digiplex Destinations: Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (NASDAQ CM: DCIN) announces that the Digiplex Rialto Theater in Westfield will host a special pre-release screening of Director Ron Maxwell’s new film Copperhead at 7:30 PM on May 21, 2013. This special presentation will be the New Jersey Premiere of the movie which opens in theaters across the country a week later on June 28.Copperhead’s cast includes Billy Campbell (The Rocketeer, Killing Lincoln), Angus Macfadyen (Braveheart, Saw III) and Peter Fonda (Easy Rider, Ulee’s Gold). Last Chance: Rialto Hosts Moms Night Showing of 'This Is 40'

Westfield businesses partner to give moms a break on Wednesday, Jan. 9.

NJ Moms Guide and the Digiplex Rialto Westfield are hosting a special 'Moms Night at the Movies' showing of "This Is 40," written and directed by Judd Apatow, at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9. 'The Dark Knight Rises' in Westfield

Digiplex Rialto will host a 12:01 a.m. 'Rises' premiere.

Gotham City’s favorite superhero hits the big screen at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, June 20 at Westfield's Digiplex Rialto. “The Dark Knight Rises,” the latest installment of the Batman franchise starring Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine , and Anne Hathaway, is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 2 hours and 55 minutes.   Portions of the film were shot last year in the city of Newark.  The thriller will also be shown Friday at: 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.,  2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m.,  6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.,  8:00 p.m.,  9:30 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. Tickets for “The Dark Knight Rises” are available online and are $11 for adults $8.50 for children and $9.50 for seniors.

Last Chance: Rialto Screens Mommy & Me Matinees

Doors open at 11:45 a.m. today.

Starting today, the Digiplex Rialto Theater of Westfield will begin new "Mommy & Me" digital cinema matinees every Wednesday. Mothers, fathers and other caregivers are invited to bring their children for showings specially tailored to viewing movies with an infant in the next seat or on their lap.   The sound is lower to protect sensitive ears, the lights will be a bit brighter, there's valet "parking" for strollers in the lobby, and changing stations are located in the restrooms.  Each Wednesday Mommy & Me matinee will be a choice of the same six first-run Hollywood productions playing that evening, but for a matinee price of $8.50 (children under two are free).
