The Westfield High School Student Council is the student government for the 1800 high school students at WHS. Run byMore elected officers and representatives and advised by two teachers, the Student Council coordinates a series of programs during the course of the year to build school spirit and to assist charity. Past programs include a Thanksgiving Food Drive, Spirit Week, the Homecoming Parade, the Hip Hoptober Dance and the Dance-a-Thon. Part the New Jersey Association of Student Councils, the WHS group raises money for the state's charity of the year.
