I have been training with Shirley now for about two years. She is a wonderful instructor, full of energy and the private sessions each week are different and exciting. I always look forward to the time I spend doing pilates with Shirley. I feel great during the sessions and even better after. I think pilates is a great addition to other forms of training and really helps with body awareness and flexibility. I highly reccomend trying pilates and Mind Body Spirit is a lovely place to practice.
