What are they, a bunch of kids that work there?! Is that why they are rude? I was going to go there, but after reading this review....I don't think so. Those kids need to get with the program. Business is Business, and they are employees. They need to take their job more seriously...if they want to keep it, and also keep the business open! I hope you kiddies read this.

The yogurt is good but the staff is rude!! They do not have the price for toppings posted and are nasty when you ask questions. I will not go back. There are many other yogurt places in Westfield that have better yogurt everyone is nice.

I go to FroYo all the time. Even though there are now several frozen yogurt options in Westfield, this one is still my favorite. The yogurt is great, and so are the smoothies and ice cream cakes. I have never had an issue with any employee being rude in all the years that I've patronized FroYo.
