These comments should be extremely upsetting for all American taxpayers (those who actually pay taxes), as it appears that the IRS continues to give checks for thousands of dollars in the form of Additional Child tax Credits to both illegal immigrants and to undocumented workers.
If that is not bad enough, the IRS is also sending checks to many undocumented workers, who “are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico — lots of kids in Mexico.” So why should undocumented workers receive tax credits from American taxpayers for children living in a foreign country, which is a violation of IRS tax rules? Even worse, the IRS has been aware of this scam for years , and has yet to correct this wasting of American taxpayer dollars. This is your money, or, more accurately, these are funds that you have to borrow to send to these undocumented Mexican workers. Restore your confidence in the IRS?
