What's happening this week in Westfield?
Meetings: The Westfield Historical Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday at the Westfield Municipal Building.
The Westfield Town Council will host its official meetings on Tuesday at 8 p.m.

GWACC Networking: The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a networking event at Benvenuti Italian Specialties & Catering on Tuesday at 6 p.m. to pass business cards and network with current and prospective GWACC members. Register online on the events page of www.westfieldareachamber.com. Jazz it up: Rob Paprozzi & Friends will be in concert at Jeffrey’s of Westfield on Wednesday at 7 p.m. 
Healthier You Seminar: Join Get in Shape for Women of Westfield for a seminar titled, “30 Minutes to a Healthier You.” The seminar will discuss fat burning, healthy digestion, regulate hormone levels, better sleep and much more. The event will be at Get in Shape for Women on Wednesday at 8 p.m. 
Artworks by Contemporary Art Group: An opening reception will be held on Jan. 9 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. of the Contemporary Art Group at Gallery U Boutique in Westfield. The exhibition will be on display until Feb. 6. 
Spoken Word: Gallery U Boutique continues An Evening of Spoken Word By Local Writers series with the next event on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
History of Inventing in NJ: Join the Westfield Historical Society for a presentation of the History of Inventing in New Jersey on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the community room of the Westfield Municipal Building.
