2013 Westfield Hockey Summer Camp Open to Students K-12
Camp will be held from August 5 - 8
Westfield High School ice hockey team head coach Sean Cromarty announced the expansion of the WHS summer camp to include all members of the community grade K - 12.
"A staple in the high school hockey program, the addition of middle school and youth groups gives our community a great chance to come together and learn under the Westfield hockey umbrella," Cromarty explained. "The WHS coaches take great pride in offering the best sports camps and the most knowledgeable instructors in the state."
Cromarty noted that this is an opportunity to "meet new friends in a friendly environment while improving your hockey skills."

"We offer an action-packed week, where players will leave feeling great about their camp experience," he added.
The following are the details for the camp by age group:

Location: Bridgewater Sports Arena
Dates: August 5 - 8, 2013
Registration: Each Sessions will be limited to 30 skaters on a first come, first serve basis.
Times:
Monday - Wednesday
Grade School - 3:45 - 4:45 PM
Middle School - 5:00 - 6:00 PM
HS - 6:15 - 7:15 PM PM
Thursday
Grade School - 3:45 - 5:00 PM
Middle School - 5:15 - 6:30 PM
HS - 6:45 - 8:00 PM
Focus:
Day 1: Power Skating
Day 2: Skill Development
Day 3: Team Concepts
Day 4: Scrimmage
Includes:
- 4+ hours on ice instruction from WHS coaches
- 4 hours off ice strength training (high school only)
- jersey for all participants
