The Star Ledger has named Westfield High School Cross Country/Track Head Coach Jack Martin as the 2009 Boys Cross Country Coach of the Year. The honor comes after the boys cross country team won the state championship in 2009. Martin has been at the healm of Westfield's running programs since the early 1970s.
