Register Now for Westfield's Annual Pizza Race

The 5K will be held on Wednesday, July 25.

Enjoy a slice of life in Westfield when the hosts its 11th annual 5K and pizza extravaganza on Wednesday, July 25.

Last year more than 2,500 runners and 6,000 spectators came out to take in one of the largest non-corporate 5K races in the state.

In addition to an evening of friendly competition and camaraderie, the event includes pizza, beverages and dessert provided by Westfield restaurants as well as random prize drawings and live music.

Everyone is welcome to participate and age groups are separated in five-year intervals, ranging from 10 and under to 85 and over.

Last year, 83-year-old Westfield resident trained for months with the goal of crossing the finish line in under 50 minutes before tucking into a hot piece of pie.

Awards will be distributed at 7:45 p.m. to the top three overall male and female runners, the top three male and female in each age group, and the top three Westfield finishers, male and female.
