Take The Lead: 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk
Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey is hosting the 2nd Annual Take the Lead 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk in Colonial Park, Somerset, NJ.
This year the event is not just for runners or walkers, but for the entire family! After the race is over, participants, family and friends are invited to take part in a Centennial Celebration. Activities will include live entertainment, sealing of a commemorative time capsule, BYO SWAPS for Girl Scouts, pony corral provided by Rocking Horse Ranch, exhibitor fair, DJ, and much more!

Adults & children over 12, $30
Children ages 5-12, $20
1Mile Walk starting
at 9:30 am:
Adults & children over 12, $15
Children ages 5-12, $10
