Return to Spring Qigong is gentle movement exercise performed while standing that balances the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Qigong, loosely translated from the Chinese, can be understood as “breathing exercise.” At Health in Motion, Gregory Carey, L. Ac. will guide a class through the 14 movements that comprise this exercise. Gregory has practiced Return to Spring Qigong in addition to other forms of Qigong and Tai Ji since 2007. By learning the forms of Return to Spring Qigong, the student will gain an understanding of a traditional practice that may be undertaken for a lifetime. In a life filled with conflict, stress and tension, Return to Spring Qigong provides the student an avenue to peace of mind, health and joy.
Beginners and students of all ages are welcomed.
