Complete Yoga: instruction in yoga postures (asanas) with coordinated breathing, followed by a meditation session. Asanas are performed sitting, standing and lying down. In each class participants work the major joints, and flex the spine, all accompanied by deep, conscious breathing (pranayama) which lifts the mood, relaxes the nervous system and lowers blood pressure. The result is profound relaxation, steadily increasing flexibility and a quiet mind. You will leave smiling.
