This class offers simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation performed sitting in a chair or with the support of a chair. The class is designed to help you regain flexibility, strength and vitality that may have been lost due to a sedentary lifestyle or illness. The result is a peaceful mind and a more radiant body.
