BootCampWF SPRING II SESSION KICKS OFF FRIDAY

A specifically-designed 6-week program serves all fitness levels.

BootCampWF, Westfield’s premiere, healthy-living OUTDOOR fitness training program, is going to get you in shape BEFORE summer!  

The next session runs May 3 – June 14. A specially designed 6-week program serving ALL fitness levels, BootCampWF offers a wide variety of complementary classes to achieve optimal fitness, all done in the GREAT OUTDOORS!  

BCWF workouts are held MW&F at 5:45 and 9:15 am, and Saturdays at 8:00 am. BCWF Extreme classes are T&Th at 5:30 am, and BCWF Lite, a gentler version, is held T&Th at 9:15 am.

BCWF TRX classes are T&Th at 10:30 am. Workouts begin in Tamaques Park by the basketball courts. During BootCampWF all recruits will do a combination of cardio training, calisthenics, strength workouts, circuit training, obstacle courses, abdominal work and other fun surprises we have in store for you that day.  Each class ends with stretching. 

 We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time.  The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it. To help you achieve optimal fitness, all 6-week packages include a FREE 50-minute consultation with ViaNutrition's Karen Phillips, Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach. By the end of the 6-week program you will feel great and have made new friends who will have gone through the same body changing experience you have.
