FREE Demo BCWF classes will be held on Wednesday, March 6, at 5:45 and 9:15 am, and a FREE BCWF Lite class will be held on Thursday, March 7, at 9:15 am. ALL ARE INVITED! Beginning March 11th, BCWF classes are held MW&F at 5:45 and 9:15 am and Saturdays at 8:00 am, BCWF Extreme classes are T&Th at 5:30 am and BCWF Lite, a gentler version, will be T&Th at 9:15 am. Weather permitting, BCWF TRX classes will be offered T&Th at 10:30 am. All classes are held in Tamaques Park.
