Fairfield University has announced that the following local residents have been named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester:

Fairfield University, a comprehensive Jesuit university in Fairfield, Conn., challenges its students to lead inspired lives of leadership and service.To be selected for the Dean's List, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5, of a possible 4.0.

Tufts University recently announced the Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester.

Among these students are:

Kathryn Galasso, class of 2013

Eriene-Heidi Sidhom, class of 2013

Lindsey Jacobs, class of 2016

Dean's List honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.
