Westfield 10, Governor Livingston 0: Sophomore Dane Huber recorded a hat trick for the streaking Blue Devils in the blowout win over GL. For more:

Westfield 2, Robbinsville 1: The Blue Devils earned a tough win over a strong Robbinsville squad. Junior Ryan Morse scored the game winner in the third period. For more:

-Evened up the score with Cranford on the season with a 10-6 victory at Warinanco. Ryan Morse scored four goals for the Blue Devils in the win. For more:

-Won the 3rd place consolation game of the Cron Tournament.

-Dropped 6-5 OT thriller to Cranford in semifinals of 2011 Cron Tournament. For more:

Scotch Plains 88, Westfield 82: Lost a close meet to rival Scotch Plains. Westfield appeared set to snap a two-meet losing streak to their foe but could not hold on as Joe Dunn led the Raiders in the meet's final event, the 400-yard freestyle relay

Boys Basketball

Rahway 56, Westfield 50 (2 OT): Fell to host Rahway in the finals of the Butch Kowal Tournament, their second tightly contested loss of the season to their Union County rival. Keegan Hess scored 16 points in the loss.

Westfield 56, Holmdel 47: Westfield used a 22-11 run in the 4th quarter to pull away from Holmdel to set up their second game against Rahway early in the season. Sophomore Mike Androconis had 17 points and eight rebounds.  Nate Mitchell scored 15 including four three pointers.  Ozan Yucetepe added 13. 

-Ozan Yucetepe totaled five assists and four rebounds to go along with 18 points in the blowout win over Obama Charter. Did not allow double digit points in any of the four quarters in the victory.

Girls Basketball

Westfield 45, North Plainfield 32: Lillian Scott recorded 20 points in the double digit victory over North Plainfield.

Westfield 31, East Brunswick 15: Carly Friedman filled up the stat sheet in the win over East Brunswick with 12 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and two steals.

Westfield 53, Pingry 32: Lillian Scott filled up the score sheet with 13 points, six assists, four rebounds and three steals in Westfield's big victory over Pingry.

Scotch Plains 51, Westfield 50: Dropped a tight game to Scotch Plains to fall to 0-3. The Blue Devils led 50-48 with under 30 seconds remaining. For more:

-Fell to Newark Tech 60-53. Jacqueline Knapp totaled seven points, seven assists and three rebounds in the loss. Lillian Scott tallied 10 points to go along with four steals and three assists.

Wrestling

Westfield 55, Rahway 12: Fourth win in a row over the Indians after losing 14 straight. Westfield won 11 of the 14 bouts contested.

-Finished second at the Nutley Maroon Raider Invitational. The team was paced by champions Nick Rotondo (138) and Ellis Opoku (145). Mike Kalimtzis (120), Colin Barber (152), Nick Knepper (195) and Kyle Kania (Hwt) took second.
