How can the town and Mayor have not had all the streets near the schools cleared first! This is an outrage- All of the surrounding towns had this procedure in place- This is incredible that streets near Wilson, and Franklin were not cleared by yesterday (pre storm) to have Elementary School Open- Sorry- but this could have all been handled much better and I, as the ghost of a former mayor, blame the current one for not getting this done...Or at least would like to hear from him or his minions why not!

Why? School is not a necessity the way heat is for homes. We all understand people are upset that the state-sponsored free child minding service has been out of action for a few days but suck it up buttercup.

Pete, I can tell that your mom didn't utilize the state-sponsored free child minding service.

@Ghost of Tom Jardim: As a former mayor, how many disasters of this magnitude occurred on your watch and how well did you manage them?
