Westfield Board of Education Hears About Maintenance Projects, Social Studies Programs, Reports Say

 Capital and maintenance projects and Kindergarten through fourth grade social studies revisement presentations were given at Tuesday's Westfield Board of Education meeting, according to thealternativepress.com.

A 2014-2015 Capital and Maintenance Projects presentation was given by board member and district Business Administrator Dana Sullivan. Most of the funding for next year’s projects will come from the maintenance reserve, capital reserve and state grants, she said. Of the 62 grants the board applied for, it received 36, according to thealternativepress.com.
