Westfield Board of Ed to Begin Budget Discussions Tonight
Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at 302 Elm St.
The Westfield Board of Education will begin its 2013-2014 school budget discussion tonight at 7:30 p.m. at 302 Elm Street.
At the Board's last meeting, held Jan. 4, the following tentative meeting dates were announced:
Day Date Agenda Tuesday Jan. 22 Public Board Meeting- Preliminary Budget Discussion Tuesday Feb. 19 Public Board Meeting-Budget Workshop; Possible date for Governor's Budget Message Thursday Feb. 21 Possible Receipt of State Aid Information. Tuesday Feb. 26 Special Board Meeting-Adoption of tentative 2013-2014 Budget Wednesday Feb. 27 Submission of the 2013-2014 Budget to the Union County Superintendent of Schools Tuesday March 5 Public Board Meeting-Budget Workshop Tuesday March 19 Public Board Meeting-Budget Workshop Tuesday March 26Special Budget Meeting-Public Hearing on the 2013-2014 Budget
