New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS), a division of the New York Blood Center (NYBC) is hosting a at  from 2 to 8:30 p.m. today.

Tuesday:

Thehosts a weeklygroup in the church's Jim Cole Room on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. The group is for those searching for work and membership is open to everyone in the Westfield community. The group offers support in the searching for work process and allows for networking and the sharing of job search information.

The  is offering a program for teens where high school-aged members meet each Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m at the agency.

Wednesday:

 presents Jazz it Up - The David Aaron Quartet. Doors open for dinner service starting at 6 p.m. and the show will begin at 7 p.m.  Concert tickets are $29.95 per person (includes choice of Music Menu dinner entree, dessert & beverage).

A two-hour seminar designed to teach the importance of healthy food for the whole family will be held from 7  to 9 p.m. in the county services building, 2nd floor located at 300 North Ave East, Westfield. Thursday:

At 8 p.m.  offers Krav Maga Self Defense for women only. For a limited time, classes are free. Sign up is available through the website or by calling Jason at 732-684-0929.

The Westfield Yhosts its annual Health Bee from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The annual “UnitedHealthcare Health Bee” will take place at the Westfield Area Y with seventh grade students from schools in Westfield, Cranford and Garwood. The Health Bee will test their knowledge of health and wellness with three Jeopardy-style rounds of competition in addition to 60-second pop culture quizzes.

Friday:

Join for a "treat yourself" day featuring chair massage, reiki, essential oils and more. Meet a local cookbook author and enjoy a demo by the Savory Spice Shop. The full-day event begins at 8 a.m. and features cooking demos and sampling from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m and a fashion show from 7 to 9 p.m.

 presents THE “UNDERGROUND” (a.k.a- The Teen Center) on Friday nights. From 7 to 11 p.m., the event is held literally, underground, in the basement of the Municipal Building Recreation Center. Teens can play a game of pool at one of the three pool tables, keep their ping-pong skills in check, play some video games, watch a movie, or listen to their favorite music.
