Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City welcomed eight CYO youth basketball teams to its campus in historic Paulus Hook on November 17, 2012 for an afternoon of friendly competition to benefit The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children. Teams were offered the "high school player for a day" experience in Prep's historic gymnasium in this fourth annual event. Holy Trinity Parish CYO sent two teams, coached by John Pettit, Paul Friel, and Ron Neiswenter.

They competed against All Saints Catholic Academy of Bayonne and Good Shepherd Academy of Irvington. Bill Fitzpatrick of Westfield, a trustee of the Scholarship Fund, assisted at the event, which strives to raise funds for the education of underserved youth in New Jersey.
