Senate Minority Leader Tom Kean Jr. (R-Westfield) told PolitickerNJ this afternoon that he has been hearing positive feedback in his legislative district, which includes Westfield, regarding Gov. Chris Christie's proposed state budget, which includes cuts to state aid to school districts, municipalities and libraries.
