Martin Luther King Jr. Contest Winners Announced

Winners of the essay, poetry, and art competition were recognized for their work.

Each year the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Association of Westfield holds a competition for elementary and intermediate school children.  Students may enter essays, poetry, or artwork relating to the chosen theme.  This year's contest theme was "Personal Responsibility." The winners were recognized at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Service at Temple Emanu-El on Monday. They were also recognized by the Board of Education at their meeting on Tuesday.
