Jefferson PTO Introduces First Annual 'Pub & Club'

The Jefferson PTO is hosting their first annual "Pub & Club" fundraiser on Feb. 28 at Gran Centurions in Clark.

"Pub and Club" will replace the annual Jefferson Fashion Show fundraiser.

"We'll transform the large room of Gran Centurions into a club, with a live band, sponsored by Giallusi Homes and a fabulous bed-inspired seating section sponsored by The Shovlin Mattress Factory," one of the PTO members, Katy Engel explained.

Also, a smaller room with the Pub, or man cave, as Engel referred to it, will have beer pong tables, corn hole games and darts.

The evening will feature tricky tray baskets for raffle off, which will include tickets to Disney World, artist autographed items, vacation packages to Point Pleasant, Ocean City and the Poconos, as well as beauty, fashion, man cave, and family items, sports and entertainment opportunities and gift certificates to delicious restaurants. 

Engel added that Jefferson specific prizes will also be up for grabs, including teacher treats and jaguar gear.  

Entertainment is going to be provided by The Bangin' Cougars, a cover band that features former and current Jefferson dads. Tickets include a buffet dinner and an open bar for $65 per person.

All proceeds will benefit the Jefferson PTO with funds designated for adding new playground equipment.

It is not necessary to have a student at Jefferson to attend.
