'How to Prepare for Your Child's IEP' Presented by Westfield Special Ed Committee

Special education attorney Hillary Freeman is the guest speaker.

The Westfield Parent Teacher Council-Special Education Committee presents an evening with Hillary Freeman, Esq., special education attorney on Wednesday, Jan. 16. 

Ms. Freeman will discuss How to Best Prepare for Your Child’s Individual Education Program. Best practice tips will be shared with parents at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. The program will take place between 7 and 9 p.m. in the library of Edison Intermediate School, 800 Rahway Avenue, Westfield.

The program is free, open to the public and no registration is required. The committee meets once a month during the school year and acts as a resource and support group for parents and teachers of regular and special education students.
