Lieutenant governor-elect delivers remarks after swearing-in Mayor Skibitsky.
Lt. Gov.-Elect Kim Guadagno delivered brief remarks to the audience at the Town Council's reorganization meeting Tuesday night, following administering the oath of office to Mayor Andy Skibitsky.
Guadagno touched briefly on the role of an elected official's family and the work facing her and Gov.-Elect Chris Christie when they take office in a few weeks. Guadagno will also also serve as secretary of state in the Christie Administration in addition to her role as the state's first ever lieutenant governor.
