The new year is bringing touch-ups to Westfield.
The Department of Public Works is working on touching up the appearence of the town in the first days of 2010. This includes repainting the numbers on the parking spots around town.
A DPW crew could be spotted Wednesday and Thursday repainting the numbers in the spaces in the parking lot on Elmer Street behind Starbucks. The numbers were faded and tough to see for the past year.
