Do Raritan Valley Line Trains Run On Time?

A report in Tuesday's New York Times indicated that while commuter rail companies have been touting high on time arrivals, the results are different. The Times data showed a 25-percent lateness for New Jersey Transit trains to New York Penn Station during the peak morning rush hour.
