Chris Christie: Should He Stay or Should He Go?

Some in the GOP want him to run for President, but is his work here done? Let us know what you think.

Over the past few months, Chris Christie has said with consistent regularity that he's not going to jump into the crowd of GOP candidates vying for the chance to run against President Barack Obama in 2012.

But in the middle of September, former New Jersey governor Tom Kean kicked off a furor when he told The National Review Online that "the odds are a lot better now than they were a couple weeks ago" that Christie could run.

The first five primaries and caucuses — Florida (Jan. 31, 2012), Maine (Feb 4-11), Iowa (Feb. 6), New Hampshire (Feb. 14) and South Carolina (Feb. 28) — require that he file the requisite paperwork by the end of the month.

Christie appeared at Monday's swearing-in of State Superior Court Judge Donna Gallucio at the Passaic County Courthouse in Passaic. He was asked directly if he'd run and offered no response. Speculation has grown that a decision could come within 24 hours.
