Westfield Resident Arrested in Summit for Drug Possession

March 22: At 12:43 p.m. Angela Jenkins, 24, of Westfield, was arrested at Baltusrol Road and Ridgedale Avenue for possession of CDS (Controlled Dangerous Subtances) and ossession of 50 Grams or less of marijuana.
