Westfield Fire Department Launches New Website
Site includes fire safety tips and history of department.
The Westfield Fire Department unveiled its new website this week.
In addition to a history of the department, which was organized in 1875, the site features a photo gallery showcasing the department's equipment and facilities.
Sparky: the Fire Dog, a page for children, can be accessed through the site and presents interactive fire safety lessons for kids including how to create an escape plan in case of emergencies as well as a home safety checklist.
