The burglaries follow two burglaries in homes near each other on the far north side of town and a series of burglaries through town since last spring. Most of the burglaries have occurred on main streets with easy access to highways, including Route 22 and the Parkway. In several cases, entry was made through unlocked doors and windows and in others, doors and windows were forcibly opened.
