Roselle Resident Arrested for Stolen Bike and Burglary Tools

Transferred to county jail after being unable to post bail

Patrick Hodge, 55, of Roselle was arrested yesterday on several charges. Hodge is accused of stealing a bike, receiving stolen property, possessing burglary tools and criminal mischief. Upon further investigation police charged him for an outstanding arrest warrant from Elizabeth in the amount of $455. The town judge set bail at $1,000, which Hodge was unable to pay. He was transferred to the Union County jail in Elizabeth.
