Police Blotter: Four DUI Arrests Made
The following information was obtained from the Westfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
October 2 – Stephanie Vacobus, 26, was arrested at headquarters on the strength of a Westfield warrant. Vacobus posted $90 bail and was released.
October 4 – Richard Isbrecht, 70, of Westfield, was arrested for driving under the influence following a motor vehicle accident in the 800 block of Willow Grove Road. Isbrecht was released to a sober adult at Morristown Hospital after receiving summonses.
Felicia Johnston, 22, of Metuchen, was arrested for driving while intoxicated pursuant to a motor vehicle stop at North Avenue and South Chestnut Street. Johnston was released to a sober adult.

Christopher Golins, 23, of Clark, was arrested for driving while intoxicated pursuant to a motor vehicle stop at Central Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue. Golins was released to a sober adult.
October 5 – Michael Hennie, 25, of Roselle Park, was arrested on an outstanding Westfield warrant in the amount of $114 at Kenilworth Police Department. Hennie released after posting bail.

A 27-year-old resident of Glen Ridge was arrested on the strength of an outstanding East Orange warrant in the amount of $145 pursuant to a motor vehicle stop. Subject was processed and posted bail.
October 6 – Karen Weiss, 34, of Edison, was arrested for driving while intoxicated pursuant to a motor vehicle stop at Central and Terminal Avenues. Weiss was transported to headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
October 7 – Jean Brisson, 39, of Westfield, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding traffic warrant issued by Springfield Municipal Court in the amount of $350. Brisson was processed and released on posted bail.
A 27-year-old resident of Kenilworth was arrested for possession of CDS/marijuana under 50 grams pursuant to a motor vehicle stop at East Broad and Prospect Streets. Subject was transported to headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance.
Evan Dobra, 30, of Westfield, NJ, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street and Alabama Street on Oct. 7, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
October 8 – A purple/white-colored Trek MDX bicycle was removed from Municipal Lot #4 while it was parked unsecured between bushes. The bicycle had no handle grips on it. It is valued at $300.
Guy Barlow, Jr., 28, of Plainfield, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding traffic warrant issued by Linden Municipal Court in the amount of $200 pursuant to motor vehicle stop and investigation. Barlow was transported to headquarters, processed and released on posted bail.
