Police Blotter: January 13 - 20

The following information was obtained from the Westfield Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

January 13 - Officers arrested Tasha Bayne, 33 of Irvington, on the strength of an outstanding Westfield warrant (bail of $184) at headquarters. Subject posted bail and was released.

January 15 - Officers responded to the Maplewood Police Department to arrest Emmanuel Baldwin, 22 of Newark, on two outstanding ATS warrants issued by Westfield Municipal Court ($259). Subject posted bail at Westfield Police headquarters and was released.

Yolanda Charles, 41 of Roselle Park, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for her arrest from Hilliside Municipal Court ($90) pursuant to a motor vehicle stop. Subject was processed and released on her own recognizance with a court date.

January 17 - Duquan Randolph, 26 of Plainfield, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Westfield Municipal Court ($500). Subject was picked up at Plainfield Police Division and transferred to headquarters. Subject was processed and held in Cell #1.

January 18 - Angel Franco-Guevara, 23 of North Plainfield, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Westfield Municipal Court ($250). Subject was picked up at the North Plainfield Police Department and transferred to headquarters. Subject was processed and released on his own recognizance after appearing in court.

Jessie Rosario, 24 of Clark, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Westfield Municipal Court ($500). Subject was picked up at the Clark Police Department and transferred to headquarters for processing. Subject was processed and another warrant from the Roselle Police Department was discovered for his arrest ($500).

Tasi S. Blackwell, 22 of Newark, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Westfield Ave. and W. South Ave. He was wanted on an outstanding traffic warrant issued by Springfield Municipal Court ($500). Subject was transported to Westfield Police Department, processed and turned over to the Springfield Police Department.

January 19 - Michael Papio, 42 of Roselle Park, was arrested on the strength of an outstanding NCIC warrant pursuant to a joint investigation with the Roselle Park Police Department at Westfield Court. Subject was transferred to headquarters, processed and released.

January 20 - Michael Edghill, 24 of Plainfield, was arrested at Scotch Plains Police Department on two outstanding Westfield warrants ($1,000). Subject posted bail and was released.
