Police Blotter: Diamond Ring Stolen, Two DWIs and Drug Arrests

More routine arrests dominate week.

While last week's biggest public safety news was the pedestrian being hit by a car, driven by a suspected drunk driver, in front of Lord & Taylor, the police have been busy with other crimes during the week. A second DWI arrest was made last week, along with two drug related arrests and routine arrests on unpaid warrants. A bike was taken from a downtown street corner and a resident reported a diamond ring stolen.
