July 14

• Keith Anderson, 41, of Plainfield was arrested at the Plainfield Police Department on an outstanding Westfield warrant in the amount of $500.
• Benito Merino was arrested on Westfield and New Brunswick warrants, and posted bail.

July 15

• Jimmy Smith, Jr. was arrested on a $500 Springfield warrant.
• Robert Carter, 53, of Westfield was arrested on the 200 block of Cacciola Place following an investigation that showed several outstanding warrants. The warrants were a $948 warrant from Cranford, a $553 warrant from Garwood and a $500 warrant from Newark. He was also charged with obstruction of justice in Westfield and bail was set at $1,000. He was held on default of bail.
• David M. Gibson, 48, of Westfield was charged with DWI during a motor vehicle stop at Rahway Avenue and Grove Street.

July 17

• Alice Ginelin, 54, of Westfield was arrested on a $42 Garwood warrant.

July 18

• Johnnie Stanley, 51, of Westfield was arrested on a $1,000 Woodbridge warrant, a $500 Union Township warrant, and a $200 Springfield warrant during a motor vehicle stop at South Avenue West and Westfield Avenue.
• Beau Lia, 19, of Fanwood was arrested on a Garwood warrant in the amount of $200.
• Rasheeda McNair Poindexter, 27, of Elizabeth was arrested on an $89 Elizabeth warrant during a motor vehicle stop on South Avenue East and Windsor.

July 19

• John Berry, 28, of Clark was arrested on the 200 block of Tuttle Parkway on a Cranford warrant following a motor vehicle stop.
