A teenage Kean University student was shot in front of an off-campus Sigma Theta Chi fraternity house after a disgruntled party guest had been asked to leave the fraternity's party, according to nj.com.
The victim was shot around 2:15 a.m. when the man returned with a gun, shooting at the front of the house where party guests were standing on the porch and front lawn, according to nj.com.
