I bet speed was a factor. People drive down this street like its the parkway- or a cell phone was involved.

The town should put Speed Bumps down West Broad Street like on South Chestnut.. that would prevent alot of accidents.

I bet it was the HAWK light on Central Ave near Clover St. that was a contributing factor.

Enough already with the speed bumps. Most people figured out they're easier to go over quickly that slow down.

Something needs to be done because there is an elementary school on the street.

The Mayor will wait until there is a death from an accident before he does anything.

The vehicle hit a parked car and overturned. I'm sure speed and/or a cell phone had something to do with it.

Ask the PD Dept how many cars have been hit on West Broad by careless drivers. How about those speed bumps, like the ones on Rahway Av. Not a day goes by that cars arent traveling at a high rate of speed, most times the driver is on a cell. Cant the PD patrol this area once in a while? Westfield has a problem with aggressive drivers, and cell phone usage. I dont notice this in any other town, and that is the truth.

I bet the pink elephant that ran across the road caused the accident. No more pink elephants.

People speed and talk on their cell phones on every street in every town.

I saw this accident and am shocked no one was hurt, one of the cars was flipped over. I live in this neighborhood and consistently witness drivers exceeding the speed limit, especially near the elementary school. I realize it is a main thoroughfare but something needs to be done. More patrols in the area and enforcement if the speed limit!
