$5,000 Reward For Information About Saturday's Shooting In Union County

According to the Union County Prosecutor's Office: 

The Union County Homicide Task Force is investigating the shooting death of an Elizabeth man, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace H. Park announced Saturday.

Task Force representatives and Elizabeth Police Department officers rushed to the area of Clarkson Avenue and Richmond Street in Elizabeth shortly before 5 a.m. Saturday to find the victim, 37-year-old Antwine Paige, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Paige was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy was scheduled for midday Saturday. As of that time no arrests had been made nor any charges filed in the case.

This investigation remains active, and anyone with information about the death of Mr. Paige is being urged to contact Homicide Task Force Detective Andrew Dellaquila at 973-274-5771 or Lori Soares at 908-347-2212.
