Celebrate Christmas with us!
It's still under construction, but the newly designed website of the Presbyterian Church in Westfield is launched! Check out the photos that give a glimpse of the energy and caring that surround our church. There truly is something for everyone of every age.
Whether you are looking for a traditional church service (8 a.m. in the chapel and 10 a.m. in the sanctuary) or a more laid back, come-as-you-are approach (5 p.m. Saturday night in the chapel), or the newest worship experience, the Wired4Worship contemporary, musical service (9:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings) in Westminster Hall, you are most welcome!
- Tuesday evenings in December, come to the chapel at 7:00 p.m. for a half hour of songs, praise, prayer and communion to prepare our hearts during advent.
- Join us after the 10 a.m. worship service for soup and bread luncheon in Assembly Hall for a time for fellowship and getting to know the congregation.
- Check out our adult Bible study classes at 9 p.m. on Sunday mornings.
- Come to the Live Nativity on the church's front lawn on Sunday, December 8 from 3:30 - 5:00 for a family outing. A petting zoo will complement the costumed characters who assume the role of the main players in the Christmas story. We'll have an old fashioned community singing of Christmas Carols and the Bible story will be read. Hot chocolate will warm us!
- Christmas Eve services are at 5 p.m. (families with children are encouraged to have the children participate), with the 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. services will feature solos and special numbers in the candle lit sanctuary.
