Westfield Public Works Slushes Sidewalks Unnecessarily

Who besides me is pissed off that the Town snow plows are driving so fast that they are throwing the street slush 15 feet up and over the already high snow banks right on our shoveled sidewalks?
And it is obligations as homeowners to maintain the clearance of the sidewalks that the Town has messed up.  This snow slush is heavy.  See the pictures from Lawrence Avenue this morning.
